Our 16 lb., 1 1/2 year old Bichon is a very hard chewer. The Hurley dog bone is very sturdy and does not fall apart easily. He has had two in the past and with the exception of one side getting split each time after use, he cannot chew pieces off the toy as he has with other supposed hard chew toys. I believe the split in the bone occurs after many multiple times of we playing tug of war with him.
My Frenchie has had a couple teeth removed & the vet said no more Nylabones or deer antlers. This toy is perfect cuz it satisfies his need to chew without hurting his mouth.
I have a major chewer and so far this has held up well. I throw it around the yard for fetch or she just likes to chomp on it when she’s in her crate. Definitely good quality and I would recommend!
Puppy enjoys for awhile and then switches to something new
My shih tzu puppy loves to chew on everything but he also likes to chew on this bone.
