    Great toy!

Great to put my dog's kibble in it for him to roll around to get it out. Keeps him busy for awhile and doesn't eat so fast! loves to chew on the top part too.

    My dog's new favorite!

I ordered this toy for my 60 lb. American Staffordshire Terrier mix who is extremely hard on toys. She is just over a year old and had been in the shelter for a while, so her anxiety and energy levels are high and she needs lots of chew and toy time. I had purchased a number of toys for her that where labeled for "extreme chewers" and she destroyed them within a matter of minutes. I ordered two puzzle toys for her that she also figured how to take apart and destroy. This saucer is a hit! She likes to push it around, lay on her back and use her paws to throw it out of her mouth, and get crazy with the treats. I disagree with the puzzle rating though, as she has no difficulty getting stuff out, and when I put stuff in it that doesn't come out the bottom with her pushing it around, she just lays there and licks at the bottom until the contents become mush. Which, for me, kind of defeats the point of puzzle solving and exercise, though it does keep her occupied for a little bit, the thing gets very gross when the treats are soggy bits..

    Durable and engaging

Our power chewer is destructive, so we are always on the lookout for something that can stand up to him. This toy has been a durable choice. It bounces unpredictably when thrown. He enjoys the puzzle, and then will settle down for a good chew. The puzzle seems to be quite challenging; he hasn't been able to figure out how to get treats out unless they fall out through the hole.

Not the best for the Super Chewer, but fun for supervised play

Great and cute toy (idea or concept), it could be a little bigger, but my dog (a.medium size hound). Not sure this toy comes in a bigger size as it would be less likely he would chew off chunks of the rubber on the openings. When left to try to get the treats out, I noticed he was biting off some of the rubber and had to take it from him. Only good for supervised play with a super chewer. I am hoping that is just a phase, he is only 11 months old. I have not noticed that happening with the original Kong.
